Shipping

We ship across India.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery takes up to 7 days, depending on your location.
A tracking number is shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
Every item is energised (pran-pratishtha) before it is packed — this is part of our dispatch process.

डिलीवरी — पूरे भारत में भेजते हैं। ऑर्डर 1–2 कार्यदिवस में भेज दिया जाता है, और अधिकतम 7 दिन में पहुँच जाता है। भेजते ही tracking number भेज दिया जाता है। हर वस्तु प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा के बाद ही पैक की जाती है।

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Online payment is also accepted — and you save ₹100 when you pay online.
For COD orders we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch. Please do reply — it helps us send your order the same day.

भुगतान — COD उपलब्ध है। Online payment पर ₹100 की छूट मिलती है। COD ऑर्डर भेजने से पहले हम WhatsApp पर confirm करते हैं — जवाब दे दीजिएगा, उसी दिन भेज देंगे।

If something is not right, write to us within 3 days of delivery.

What we accept

Item arrived damaged or broken
Wrong item was sent
Item does not match what was described on the website

Please take an unboxing photo or video. It settles a damage claim immediately, with no back and forth.

How it works

Email neeltarasupport@gmail.com within 3 days, with your order number and photos.
We reply within 24 hours and arrange a return or replacement.
Once the item reaches us, the refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Please note

The item should be unused and in its original packing.
If the damage was caused in transit, we bear the return shipping. For other returns, shipping is borne by the customer.

रिटर्न — कोई दिक्कत हो तो डिलीवरी के 3 दिन के अंदर लिखिए। टूटा हुआ सामान, गलत सामान, या जो लिखा था वैसा न हो — तीनों में रिटर्न लेते हैं। Unboxing की video या फ़ोटो ज़रूर रखिए — इससे बात तुरंत बन जाती है। सामान वापस मिलने पर 5–7 कार्यदिवस में पैसे वापस कर दिए जाते हैं।

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched. Just email us with your order number. Once it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but the return policy above still applies.

ऑर्डर रद्द — भेजने से पहले कभी भी रद्द करवा सकते हैं। भेजने के बाद रद्द नहीं होता, पर ऊपर वाली रिटर्न नीति लागू रहती है।

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product we sell is genuine and certified. Real Karungali, for instance, sinks in water — you can test it yourself when it arrives.

हाँ। हमारे सभी उत्पाद असली और certified हैं। जैसे असली करुंगली पानी में डूब जाती है — सामान पहुँचने पर खुद जाँच लीजिए।

What does "energised" mean?

Every item goes through a proper pran-pratishtha — with mantra and vidhi — before it is packed. This is not a label we add; it is part of how we dispatch.

हर वस्तु पैक होने से पहले विधिवत प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा से गुज़रती है — मंत्र और विधि के साथ।

The stone I received looks slightly different from the photo.

Natural stones and wood vary from piece to piece — in colour, size and grain. No two pieces are ever identical. This is a sign that the material is genuine, not a defect.

प्राकृतिक पत्थर और लकड़ी में हर टुकड़ा थोड़ा अलग होता है — यही असली होने की पहचान है।

Gold plated or real gold?

Where a product says gold plated, it is gold plated brass — not solid gold. We say so clearly on every such product page.

जहाँ "gold plated" लिखा है, वह सोने की परत चढ़ा पीतल है — असली सोना नहीं। हम यह हर product page पर साफ़ लिखते हैं।
