How to Use

1. Light the tip of the stick and let it burn for a few seconds.

3. Move it slowly around the room — corners, doorways and windows first.
4. Set your intention or chant while smudging.
5. Press the tip into a fireproof bowl or sand to extinguish. The same stick can be reused several times.
